This Privacy Policy describes Nubee Pte Ltd’s use and sharing of personal information including, but without limitation to, your full name, email address, mailing address, telephone number, or credit card number (“Personal Information”) that you voluntarily provide to Nubee Pte Ltd when you register and sign up for an account at (“Nubee” or the “Site”), and download any game application developed by Nubee Pte Ltd (the “Application”). For the avoidance of doubt, this Privacy Policy adopts the definitions in “Nubee’s Game Application Terms of Use” (“Terms of Use”).
SCOPE
This Privacy Policy covers the Application, its features, content and advertisements which are offered from time to time by Nubee Pte Ltd. Where the Application contains, or provides links to features, content or advertisements in the Application which are provided by entities that Nubee Pte Ltd does not own or control, such features, content or advertisements are not covered by this Privacy Policy. By downloading the Application, you agree to our privacy practices outlined herein.
INFORMATION COLLECTED
Nubee Pte Ltd collects Personal Information from you because you have voluntarily submitted Personal Information to us in order to download the application or to conduct in-app purchases. Nubee Pte Ltd may also collect Personal Information from you to send notifications related to (i) the Application; (ii) new games and Application features created by Nubee Pte Ltd; and (iii) activities including, but not limited to, contests and surveys conducted by Nubee Pte Ltd which you have chosen to participate in. In addition, Nubee Pte Ltd may use the Personal Information to conduct market research and marketing for our internal use only.
In addition, Nubee Pte Ltd may also collect other non-Personal Information of you including, but not limited to, the following:
- Aggregate user data, which is used to manage and improve the Application, track usage, and for security purposes; and
- Device specific data (such as the Unique Device Identifier, or ‘UDID’), which may uniquely identify your device but would not identify you personally.
USE OF INFORMATION COLLECTED
Except as otherwise provided for in this Privacy Policy, Nubee Pte Ltd will not sell, rent, share, trade or give away your Personal Information with third parties unless you have given Nubee Pte Ltd permission to do so.
Nubee Pte Ltd will only use the Personal and non-Personal Information which Users provide under this Privacy Policy in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy. If Nubee Pte Ltd obtains Personal Information of any User from a third party, our use of that information is similarly governed by this Privacy Policy.
The following sections set out instances where Nubee Pte Ltd may access, use or disclose Personal Information without seeking your prior permission:
- Use of your Personal and non-Personal information to conduct market research for Nubee Pte Ltd’s internal use only and to market Nubee Services to you including, without limitation, new features, games and applications and announcements. In the event Nubee Pte Ltd contracts with a third party to conduct such research and marketing, such third party will be fully bound by an obligation of confidentiality to Nubee Pte Ltd and may not use any personally-identifiable information provided by Nubee Pte Ltd other than as expressly instructed by us and in strict compliance with the terms of this Privacy Policy;
- Aggregate usage information in a non-personally identifiable manner with advertisers and other third parties in order to present to Users of the Application more targeted advertising, products and services, provided that in such situations, Nubee Pte Ltd will not disclose information that would personally identify you;
- To protect, defend or enforce the legal rights or property of Nubee Pte Ltd, our related companies or their employees, agents and contractors, and to protect the safety and security of Users;
- To prevent fraud or for risk management purposes;
- To comply with any laws, rules, regulations, court orders or any requests by governmental or regulatory authorities pursuant to any written law, rules or regulations; and
- If Nubee Pte Ltd sells all or part of its business or makes a sale or transfer of all or a material part of its assets or is otherwise involved in a merger or transfer of all or a material part of its business, Nubee Pte Ltd may transfer your Personal Information and/or non-Personal Information to the party or parties involved in the transaction as part of that transaction.
THIRD PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES
The Application may be linked to Internet sites operated by and featuring advertisements from third parties. Nubee Pte Ltd does not have any control over and is therefore not responsible for (i) the privacy practices of websites or other services operated by third parties that are linked to or integrated with the Application; and/or (ii) the privacy practices of third party Internet advertising companies. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this Privacy Policy. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.
SECURITY
Nubee Pte Ltd takes reasonable effort to protect the information of our Users. Nubee Pte Ltd uses commercially reasonable measures to protect all Personal Information that is stored on our servers and within our database. We limit the access to such information to those employees who need access to perform their job functions, such as our customer service personnel.
CHANGES TO PRIVACY POLICY
Nubee Pte Ltd may, at any time, modify this Privacy Policy. Such modifications may include, without limitation, any material change in its practices regarding the collection or use of your Personal Information. Such modifications shall be effective upon posting by Nubee Pte Ltd on the Site or in the Application. Your continued use of the Application after Nubee Pte Ltd posts a revised Privacy Policy signifies your irrevocable acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
